We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Principal - SAP. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical developments and integrating SAP solutions within our organization. With a strong background in ABAP and supply chain integration, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP implementations and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Design and develop complex ABAP programs, interfaces, and custom code to meet business requirements.
- Integrate SAP systems with external applications and third-party solutions, focusing on supply chain processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions and support to internal teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in ABAP development.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members,



fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on integration.
- In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, performance tuning, and debugging techniques.
- Experience in supply chain integration scenarios, especially in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integration capabilities.
- Understanding of UI technologies like Fiori and SAPUI5 is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
- Certifications in SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA are highly valued.
