We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in General Insurance to drive business transformation, optimize processes, and support digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring delivery of scalable and productive insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements across General Insurance functions (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
- Analyze existing systems and processes; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including core system implementations, automation, and analytics.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to best practices.
