Company Profile:Our Client company is Denmark based, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical wholesalers having Corporate office in Ahmedabad and Plant at Kandla SEZPosition : QC InspectorJob Location: AhmedabadWorking Days : 5 Days (Monday to Friday)Job Role :- Perform quality control as per defined check list at supplier premises as a Pre-Shipment Inspection including sampling and visual check of product and in parallel with document review.- Communication with supplier for inspection schedule as per goods readiness and dispatch plan.- Co-ordinating for scheduling of pre-shipment inspection including booking and transport arrangements.- Documenting pre-shipment inspection report and communicating with key stake holders.- Marking, sampling and sending of the samples selected for external laboratory testing as instructed.- Handling of non-conformities (Non-compliance).- Preparation of inspection report with products pictures and information.- Communicate with suppliers for correction; follow up on documents and for resolving the non-conformities.- Conducting checks or verification of documents or process as initiated by QA for any product approval related process.- Collect, review,



stamp and upload manufacturers COAs/COS or any other lot/batch related quality certificates for conformance to specifications as part of the QC release.- Perform quality checks on received orders including sampling and visual check of dosage form and in parallel with document review release the batches physically and administratively.- Perform QC on direct shipments including custom clearance of batch samples- Working closely with Quality team in Denmark and support in day-to-day operation for quality control tasks.Desired Candidates:- B. Pharm with 3-4 years of experience in production, IPQA or quality control department of formulation manufacturing pharmaceutical company. On hand, experience with GMP related issues and medical devices or hospital equipment.Competences:- Positive English skills verbally and in writing.- Should be able to travel across the India- Should be proactive of nature and follow-up on own initiative in writing and verbally towards the manufacturer.- Shall be able to travel frequently and most for supplier Pre-shipment inspection of goods.Contact Person:Rina Arun+91 [email protected]
