Hiring: Financial Reporting Associate? Location: Mumbai? Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (until November) | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (December – April)? Experience: 0–2 Years? Qualification: CA / ACCA (Qualified)Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.- Preparation of Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).- Preparation of Statement of Cash Flows.- Support interim and annual audits by providing required documentation and backup.- Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to hedge fund clients.- Adhere to internal controls, policies,
and procedures.- Work closely with global teams to meet client deadlines.Required Skills:- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.Preferred Background:- Qualified CA / ACCA.- Experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Public Accounting, or Hedge Fund Administration is preferred.- Knowledge of investment company financial statements is an advantage.?
