The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading counselling teams, ensuring excellent student experience, and achieving admissions and revenue targets across the country.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall Study Abroad Counselling and Sales operations.Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.Build, mentor, and monitor high-performing counselling and sales teams.Ensure quality counselling and conversion of prospective students.Drive business expansion through new partnerships and market opportunities.Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with organizational processes.Maintain robust relationships with students, parents, universities,
