We are looking for a Senior Art Director who can lead visual thinking while intelligently leveraging AI tools to amplify creative output. The Senior Art Director is responsible for visual storytelling, campaign design direction, and digital content ecosystems, while also using AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and production workflows.



AI-enabled creative experimentation Creative Conceptualization Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative ideas digital ads films and motion content brand assets AI-Enabled Creative Development Guide designers on integrating AI into the creative process without compromising design quality Brand Visual Systems Create and maintain brand visual systems Develop design languages including: Ensure consistency across all creative output High-Velocity Content Design Lead visual output for high-volume digital content Ensure strong visual quality across fast production cycles Creative Mentorship Guide junior designers and art executives Candidates must demonstrate strong familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows, including: ChatGPT for creative ideation and prompting AI-assisted creative experimentation Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Canva Experience ~5–7 years in advertising or creative agencies ~ Experience handling consumer brands and digital campaigns ~ brand storytelling ~ high-quality visual craft think like creative directors understand culture and digital platforms move quick without compromising quality enjoy building brands, not just posts
