Position : Junior Architect Company : Rohaan Constructions Private Limited Experience : 0–3 Years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Architecture & Design Rohaan Constructions Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Architect** to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, planning, and construction, with the ability to support senior architects in developing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs using industry-standard software. * Coordinate with senior architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams. * Ensure drawings comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and client requirements. * Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation. * Support material selection, space planning, and design detailing.



* Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements. * Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions. * Assist in preparing quantity estimates and project reports when required. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.0–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM software is an added advantage. * Familiarity with Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for 3D visualization is preferred. * Basic knowledge of building construction methods and materials. * Understanding of local building regulations and approval processes. * Creative mindset with a strong eye for design aesthetics. * Prospect to work on diverse and challenging projects. * Hands-on experience with experienced architects and engineers. * Professional learning and career development. * Competitive salary and employee benefits as per company policy.
