- We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to generate leads and acquire clients for our IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. Identify and generate recent business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels. Contact prospects, understand their business requirements, and present suitable IT solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations,



and other sales documents. Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the management. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role. ~ Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills. ~ Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM, and lead-generation platforms will be an advantage. ~ Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
