This role is designed as a launchpad for future Wealth Managers - giving you hands-on exposure to client management, financial planning, investment products, and personalized service, all within a structured learning workplace. Build and deepen relationships with new clients and onboard them onto the wealth management book. Understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to deliver personalized advice. Regularly review portfolios and recommend rebalancing, upgrades, or new strategies in line with their financial journey. Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance)



to fulfill client needs. Develop familiarity with advisory tools, risk assessment frameworks, and planning models. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, tasks, and service history in the CRM. Adhere to the process set internally by the company to comply with SEBI guidelines and regulatory framework. Actively participate in training sessions, knowledge-sharing discussions, and shadowing large investment opportunities. Set and track learning milestones in investment advisory, client engagement, and portfolio management. Work towards readiness to graduate into a Wealth Manager role over time. 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a client-focused role (internships included). ~ Passionate about personal finance and building a long-term career in wealth management. ~ Good knowledge of Indian Equity & Debt markets and the products available in Indian financial markets.
