Job Title : Senior Executive- Finance & Commercials Department : Finance & Commercials Location : Bangalore Role Overview: This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, processing payments, reconciling financial transactions, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also includes managing GST and TDS compliance, preparing management reports, monitoring budgets and purchase orders, and coordinating with auditors to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy,



supporting informed decision-making, and ensuring effective financial operations across the organization. Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate posting in Tally.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Reconciliation of bills and supporting documents and processing of payments
- Reconciliation of tuition fee receipts and posting entries in Tally.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
