Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents
- Support the legal team in case preparation and strategy development
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings as required
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation
- Conduct due diligence and compliance checks under supervision
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on various projects and tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminologies
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in legal writing and drafting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enrollment in a recognized law program (LLB or equivalent)
