Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
- Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication
