Graphic Designer – Job DescriptionRole: Graphic DesignerLocation: BangaloreType: Full-TimeCompany: Flexi RoundtablesWe are looking for a creative, rapid-moving Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into high-impact visual communication across events, social media, leadership forums and brand campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign event creatives, speaker announcements, invitations, banners, standees, backdrops and digital assetsCreate high-quality LinkedIn and social media creativesDevelop visual identities for executive roundtables, leadership forums, mixers and campaignsDesign presentations, brochures, reports,



whitepapers and marketing collateralAdapt designs across digital and print formats while maintaining brand consistencyWork closely with marketing and events teams on quick-turnaround requirementsHandle multiple campaigns and event deadlines simultaneouslyCoordinate with printers/vendors where required and provide production-ready artworkExperiment with AI-assisted design tools to improve speed and creative outputWhat We're Looking ForStrong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and/or FigmaGood understanding of typography, layouts, branding and visual hierarchyExperience designing for LinkedIn/social media and corporate eventsAbility to create premium, executive-level designs rather than generic templatesStrong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlinesVideo editing / motion graphics skills are an added advantageExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plusIdeal CandidateSomeone who understands that good design is not just about making something look attractive — it is about making the brand, message and positioning immediately clear.We are looking for someone who can take a rough brief and turn it into a polished creative with minimal hand-holding.
