We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the US IT Staffing and Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US staffing, proven experience in Onboarding new clients.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing strategic relationships, acquiring new accounts, and expanding existing business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
•8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development / Sales.
•Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruiting industry.
•Proven experience acquiring new clients and generating staffing business.
•Experience selling IT staffing services across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineer, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
•Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
