Continuous Improvement Manager (CI),Aerospace Sector Position: Continuous Improvement Manager Location:North Bangalore, India (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time /Permanent Remuneration: To be discussed based on current salary andexpectations The Company: A leading aerospace manufacturer focusedon implementing industry best practices and continuous operationalimprovement. Duties and Responsibilities: Define and deploy CIstrategy: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, standard work. Identifybottlenecks through data analysis and lead corrective actions. Runcross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, leadtime, and cost. Work with production, engineering, quality, andsupply chain to enhance manufacturability.



Establish and track CIKPIs and dashboards. Train and coach teams on CI methodologies andembed best practices. Lead process standardization, pilot projects,and equipment/process optimization (including 5-axis, CNC). ReportCI progress to senior management. Requirements: ~10 yearsexperience in continuous improvement within aerospace orhigh-precision manufacturing. Proficient with Lean/Six Sigma tools;Green/Black Belt preferred. Solid understanding of machiningimpacts (5-axis, CNC, VMC) on assembly. Robust analytical, projectmanagement, and change-management skills. Engineering or industrialmanufacturing degree preferred.
