Key Responsibilities School Cultureand Leadership Build a positive school culture where every childfeels valued Lead and manage teachers and school staff Coachteachers to improve teaching quality and classroom practices Ensureclassrooms are engaging, structured, and purpose-driven Systems andSchool Development Create systems and processes to ensureconsistent learning across the school Ensure learning outcomes andschool goals are achieved Work closely with the founding team toimprove school strategy and operations.



Parent and CommunityEngagement Partner with parents and community members to supportstudent learning Build strong relationships with stakeholdersOwnership and Outcomes Take responsibility for school outcomes, notjust activities Ensure overall school growth, student development,and teacher performance.
