We are lookingfor experienced/freshers, results-driven Sales Agents andCoordinators to support our dynamic sales team. What You’ll Do:Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultationswith the Love Specialist. Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails,converting interest into scheduled appointments. Provide apositive,



professional, and welcoming experience to all prospectiveclients. Follow up with clients via SMS, email, and calls whenneeded. Learn continuously about our services, ads, andclient-facing materials. Meet and exceed appointment-settingtargets and KPIs. Update the CRM and internal systems with clientinformation and outcomes. Collaborate with team members and supportdepartments to ensure a smooth handover. Identify recurring issuesor concerns and report them to the Manager. Take initiative toimprove processes and contribute ideas for team success. Who YouAre: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, orappointment setting. Strong verbal and written communication skillsin English. Great listening skills and attention to detail.Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Organized and ableto multitask efficiently. Comfortable with flexible hours,including nights and weekends. Open to feedback and committed tocontinuous improvement. Able to work independently in a quiet,dedicated workspace.
