Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic andmotivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff forfreshers. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assistingwith the smooth functioning of airport operations and ensuring thesafety and comfort of passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greetingand assisting passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggageclaim areas - Checking passengers' tickets and passports andensuring they are valid - Assisting with the boarding process andensuring all passengers are seated and ready for takeoff - Handlingand resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professionaland timely manner - Assisting with the loading and unloading ofbaggage and cargo onto the aircraft - Conducting safety andsecurity checks of the aircraft before and after each flight -Assisting passengers with special needs, such as elderly ordisabled individuals - Collaborating with other airport staff,including pilots, flight attendants,



and ground crew, to ensuresmooth operations - Maintaining a clean and organized work area andfollowing all safety protocols - Adhering to all company policiesand procedures, as well as aviation regulations and safetystandards. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent -Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability towork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detailand ability to multitask - Willingness to work irregular hours,including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit andable to lift heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Fluent inEnglish (additional languages are a plus). Contract Details: Thisis a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefitspackage. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with thepossibility of overtime during busy periods. This position is basedin Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you must be willing to relocateif you are not already based in the area.
