Senior Motion Graphics Artist (Marketing) RequiredQualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motion GraphicsArtist or similar role, with a focus on video creation for mobilegames or apps. Proficient in design and video editing tools (e.g.,After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Experience (1+ months) creating mobile game advertisements andtrailers. Understanding of user acquisition strategies for mobilegames. Ability to quickly execute changes and iterations based onfeedback using tools, often in a few minutes to under an hour.Self-starter with a passion for gaming and a drive to produce thebest creative output with collaboration. Ambition to grow into aleadership role. Nice to haves: Experience working in the gamingindustry. Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in creativecontent production. Familiarity with A/B testing and data-drivencreative optimisation. Compensation: The company offers fair payand is generally better than the market average.
