Experience: 10+years Location :Pune ( Anywhere is fine) Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Endclient: Marsh & McLennan Budget :up to 28 LPA Business & Requirements Analysis · Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, gap analysis, and document reviews. · Analyze and document requirements using BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows . · Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of business requirements through the delivery lifecycle. · Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams. Insurance Domain Responsibilities · Work across one or more insurance lines. · Robust understanding of end-to-end insurance processes Delivery & Agile Support · Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure business needs are translated into workable solutions. · Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews). · Support UAT activities , including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off. · Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality.
