As a member of the ground staff, you will beresponsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a safe andcomfortable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet andassist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claimareas - Handle inquiries and provide information to passengersregarding flight schedules, delays, and other airport services -Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding anddeplaning - Conduct security screenings and follow all safetyprotocols - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in aprofessional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airportstaff and departments to ensure a smooth operation - Maintain aclean and organized work environment - Adhere to all companypolicies and procedures - Assist with other duties as assigned bythe supervisor or manager Requirements: - High school diploma orequivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to workflexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays -Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previousexperience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not requiredContract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitivesalary and perks package.
