As a member of our ground staff, you will beresponsible for providing a high level of customer service topassengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-incounters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handlepassenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,delays, and other airport services - Ensure the safety and securityof passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures -Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minorsor passengers with disabilities - Check and tag baggage and ensureit is loaded onto the correct flight - Coordinate with otherairport staff, including cabin crew, pilots, and ground handlingagents,
