About the job Network Analyst/Network EngineerResponsibilities for Network Analyst/Network Engineer: The NetworkAnalyst is responsible for providing specialized technical supportcommensurate with acquired tele Network skills required during theconception, planning and design of technical solutions to satisfybusiness needs. The Network Analyst will report to a manager,although, depending on the nature, size and duration of a project,the incumbent may also be reported temporarily to a Network ProjectManager in a matrix environment. Must be able to work independentlyto accomplish tasks. The scope of Network includes networkarchitecture, Network hardware and software, networkingapplications, network management, planning and management offinancial budgets, Network products and services. Responsible forimplementing and supporting a diverse and wide range of technology,encompassing all the companys networks in all branches in theregion, maintaining service reliability and availability in linewith Service Level Agreements requirements consistent withstrategic objectives. Procedures and policies, based on experienceand industry best practice, will be developed to quickly resolveall incidents and introduce cost-effective structural remedies topermanently fix problems while maintaining confidentiality,availability, and integrity of all systems, networks, and data.Knowledge of banking products, procedures, business practices andcustomer expectations is a must to gauge the effect of change onservice delivery.



Experience with support and deployment of all orsubset of network routers and switches, network firewalls, voicesystems required. Ensure proper information is available and alwayscurrent in all appropriate, and possibly multiple, locations,including SharePoint administration and coordination with otherrepository owners. Collect and diagnose sample products thatindicate quality issue, locate the component or identify theprocess causing the issue with root cause and preventive actionplans if applicable, and document findings for management review.Create and provide testing and repair procedures to serviceoperation for known quality issues and monitor reliability of theproducts in the field. Provide easily understandable illustrationsand wordings for diagnosis related service information bulletinsoriginally sent from counter partner for more efficient andeffective repair process. Qualifications 5+ years of experienceCertified CCNA is a must Bachelors Degree in Network Engineering orany equivalent 2+ years of experience in working on Enterpriselevel projects for Financial Institutions Thorough understanding ofNetwork principles and practices Understanding offinancial/investment industry is a plus Has a can do attitude and asense of urgency in this rapidly changing environment Thrive in afast-past, deadline-driven workplace with ability to workcollaboratively and individually Strong organization, attention todetail and analytical skills
