We are currently seeking a highlymotivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as anAirport Ground Staff – Boarding Gate Executive. As a Boarding GateExecutive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customerservice to passengers at the boarding gate. Your main duties willinclude checking boarding passes, assisting with luggage, anddirecting passengers to their designated gates. You will also beresponsible for ensuring a smooth boarding process and handling anycustomer inquiries or concerns. To be successful in this role, youmust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Youshould also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Previous experience in customer service or theaviation industry is preferred, but not required. This is afull-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays, as our airport operates 24/7.
