As a Ground Staff, you will be responsiblefor ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport,providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high levelsof safety and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assistpassengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas. 2. Handlepassenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,delays, and other relevant information. 3. Check and verifypassenger tickets and travel documents. 4. Assist passengers withbaggage check-in and boarding procedures. 5. Monitor and maintainthe safety and security of the airport and its facilities. 6.Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensuretimely and efficient operations. 7. Handle passenger complaints andresolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. 8.Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities andincidents at the airport. 9.



Assist in the loading and unloading ofbaggage and cargo from aircraft. 10. Ensure the cleanliness andmaintenance of the airport terminal and facilities. Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communicationand customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a quick-paced anddynamic environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability tohandle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Basic computer skills andknowledge of airport operations. 6. Willingness to work in shifts,including weekends and holidays. 7. Physically fit and able to liftheavy baggage and work in outdoor conditions. 8.
