Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will beresponsible for providing efficient and friendly service to ourpassengers at the airport. Your main role will be to assistpassengers with their check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures,as well as providing general information and support to ensure asmooth and hassle-free travel experience. Responsibilities: • Greetand assist passengers at the airport terminal • Check-in passengersand their baggage according to airline procedures • Ensure allnecessary documents are in order and comply with securityregulations • Provide information and assistance to passengersregarding flight schedules, delays,



and other inquiries • Assistpassengers with boarding procedures and ensure a safe andcomfortable journey • Handle and resolve any customer complaints orissues in a skilled manner • Collaborate with other airportstaff and departments to ensure efficient operations • Maintain aclean and organized work area at all times • Adhere to all safetyand security procedures at the airport • Perform any other dutiesassigned by the supervisor or management Qualifications: • Minimumhigh school diploma or equivalent • Excellent communication andcustomer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced anddynamic environment • Basic computer skills and knowledge ofairline systems is an asset • Flexibility to work in shifts,including weekends and holidays • Physically fit and able to liftand move heavy baggage • Ability to work well in a team and handlestressful situations calmly • Fluency in English and knowledge ofother languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-timeposition with a competitive salary and benefits package.
