Responsibilities: - Greet andassist customers at the airport, providing support and guidancethroughout their travel experience - Handle check-in and boardingprocedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completedaccurately and efficiently - Address and resolve customer inquiriesand complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinatewith other airport staff and departments to ensure smoothoperations and customer satisfaction - Monitor flight schedules andassist with any changes or delays - Maintain a clean and organizedwork area,



including the airport lounge - Promote and sell airportservices and products to customers - Provide support to passengerswith special needs or disabilities - Keep updated on airlinepolicies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-dateinformation to customers - Collaborate with team members tocontinuously improve customer service processes and proceduresRequirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previousexperience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability toremain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency inEnglish and other local languages is a plus - Willingness to workflexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must bephysically able to stand, walk, and lift heavy luggage - Knowledgeof computer systems and applications used in the aviation industryis preferred Contract Details: This is a full-time position with acompetitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidatewill be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends andholidays. The contract duration will be discussed during theinterview process.
