Role Summary: The Global Supply Chain Manager will beresponsible for leading and scaling end-to-end global supply chain— ensuring that essential medicines and health products moveefficiently from the Indian manufacturing partners to marketsacross Africa and Southeast Asia. The Manager will be responsiblefor international sourcing, production coordination, logistics,warehousing, and ERP management, ensuring the organization's supplynetwork delivers high-quality, affordable healthcare productsreliably and at scale. This role requires both strategic oversightand operational precision — someone equally comfortable negotiatingwith suppliers, working through customs documentation, andoptimising systems for transparency and control. RoleResponsibilities: Oversee the global supply chain from productionto delivery, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and compliantdistribution. Manage supplier relationships, price and volumenegotiations, and contract terms with manufacturers and logisticspartners. Supervise international warehouse operations, includingstock levels, audits, and performance metrics.



Lead demand planningand forecasting, consolidating orders from regional teams andaligning with production schedules. Own and optimise the ERP system(Odoo or equivalent) for inventory, procurement, and reporting.Ensure regulatory coordination and documentation for multi-countryshipments. Track key performance indicators (e.g. OTIF, inventoryturnover) and report regularly to leadership. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, orrelated field. Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical orhealth product supply chains, ideally across India andAfrica/Southeast Asia. Proven expertise in navigating Indiancontract manufacturing and cross-border logistics, with establishedindustry relationships. Proven ERP management skills (Odoopreferred). Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communicationabilities. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in adynamic, mission-driven setting.
