A Full StackDeveloper at a High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm buildshigh-performance internal dashboards, low-latency APIs, andreal-time risk-management tools. The role requires heavy Pythonbackend capabilities paired with frontend engineering, focusingentirely on speed, system reliability, and microsecond data flow.Core Responsibilities Backend Development: Design ultra-lowlatency, multi-threaded Python microservices (using FastAPI orFlask) for order routing and risk assessment. Frontend Engineering:Build responsive, real-time trading dashboards and admin panelsusing React, TypeScript, and state management (e.g., Redux) tomonitor live positions. Data Processing: Engineer WebSocket andWebRTC pipelines to handle real-time market data streaming withoutbottlenecks. Infrastructure: Implement containerized workflowsusing Docker and Kubernetes,



alongside CI/CD deployment pipelines.Cross-Functional Support: Work directly with QuantitativeResearchers and Algorithmic Traders to deploy and visualize tradingstrategies. Essential Qualifications Experience: 3 to 6 years ofhands-on Python experience, with a proven track record inalgo/proprietary trading, HFT firms, or fintech. Programming: Deepexpertise in core Python, Asynchronous programming, andJavaScript/TypeScript. Databases: Hands-on proficiency withtime-series databases (e.g., TimescaleDB), caching tools (Redis),and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
