About the RoleAs part of our continued improvement plan for Information Services,we are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pragmatic ITSoftware Asset Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of ITSoftware Assets from procurement, deployment, maintenance throughto disposal or cease of contract. This role includes management ofsoftware licensing, compliance, vendor agreements and developingITAM policies. The IT teams are focused on providing the bestcustomer service for our users. Working as part of this highlymotivated team, you will help ensure the delivery of high-qualityservices in line with SLAs, contractual agreements and bestpractice. Reporting to the Global IT Service Delivery Director. KeyResponsibilities Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT software assets.Ensure vendor contracts are agreed and signed within allottedtimeframes, once approved. Maintain Software Asset Database withinITSM tool (FreshService). Evaluate IT Service Portfolio to identifyareas for improvement. Work closely with IT Security to conduct andprovide findings of software/vendor audits to comply with ISO27001,Cyber Essentials Plus and more. Create and agree ITAM policies toalign with business requirements. Take ownership of IT supporttickets relating to software assets, managing licensing/reportingwithin assigned budget. Take ownership of software asset-relatedcommunication within the business, understanding requirements forIT services and software, translating requirements into tangibleand valuable outcomes for stakeholders.



Oversee management of ITvendor and third-party providers for M+C Saatchi Group, ensuringall contractual obligations are agreed, approved, implemented andtested across relevant business units. Oversee upskilling of all ITstaff in relation to IT SAM. About You Effective customer serviceskills: Providing exceptional customer service by translatingrequirements into valued recommendations and tangible outcomesrelating to the IT asset lifecycle. Strong problem-solving andanalytical abilities: Analysing contractual data, reports (licenseusage, capacity, costs and budget) and implementing appropriatesolutions in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills:Expressing technical concepts clearly and concisely to users withvarying levels of technical understanding, both verbally and inwritten form. Adaptability and flexibility: Adapting to changingpriorities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and quicklyadjusting to new technologies, contractual agreements andprocesses. Technical proficiency: Demonstrating a solidunderstanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks tofully appreciate the value-add of new services or the removal ofexisting services within your remit. 5 days in the office.
