We are looking for a skilled iCIMS Developer with 2+years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing iCIMSsolutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancingour talent acquisition platform, integrating it with other systems,and ensuring optimal performance to support our recruitmentprocesses. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implementcustom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet businessrequirements. Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS andother HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performancemanagement platforms. Customize workflows, forms, and templateswithin iCIMS to optimize user experience. Collaborate withstakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolveissues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime andseamless operations. Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, newfeatures, and best practices. Provide technical support andguidance to end-users and team members. Create and maintaindocumentation for developed solutions and integrations.Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as adeveloper with the iCIMS platform. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIsand integrating third-party systems with iCIMS. Solid understandingof iCIMS architecture, configuration, and customization. Experiencewith relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Familiarity with web development technologies such asHTML, CSS, and X ML Strong problem-solving skills and ability towork independently or collaboratively within a team. PreferredSkills:
