As a memberof our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring thesmooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities: -Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, andboarding procedures - Provide excellent customer service andaddress any inquiries or concerns from passengers - Monitor flightschedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers -Coordinate with other airport staff, such as pilots and flightattendants, to ensure a safe and timely departure - Handle anyissues or emergencies that may arise during the flight - Maintain aclean and organized airport terminal - Adhere to all safety andsecurity protocols and regulations - Assist with loading andunloading of baggage and cargo - Handle cash and process paymentsfor excess baggage or other services - Assist passengers withspecial needs or disabilities - Complete administrative tasks,
