Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will beresponsible for providing excellent customer service to passengersand ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations. Yourmain duties will include: 1. Greeting and assisting passengers atcheck-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas. 2.Helping passengers with their luggage and providing them withnecessary information and assistance. 3. Checking boarding passes,passports, and other travel documents to ensure compliance withairport and airline regulations. 4. Assisting passengers withspecial needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals. 5. Handlingflight reservations, cancellations, and changes. 6. Coordinatingwith other airport staff, including security personnel, groundcrew, and airline staff, to ensure timely and effective operations.7.
Responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues orcomplaints in a professional and courteous manner. 8. Maintaining aclean and organized airport environment. 9. Ensuring compliancewith safety and security standards at all times. 10. Performingother duties as assigned by airport management. Requirements: 1.Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent. 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strongcustomer service orientation. 4. Ability to work in a fast-pacedand dynamic environment. 5. Basic computer knowledge. 6.Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. 7.Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage. 8. Prior experiencein the aviation industry is an added advantage. Contract Details:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package andbenefits. You will be required to work 6 days a week, with one dayoff. The contract will be for a period of one year, with thepossibility of extension based on performance.
