As a Sales Manager , you will be in charge ofexpanding the Indian market for a range of specialist industrialproducts used in the power generating, offshore, and marineindustries in order to increase revenue. To find opportunities,close deals, and cultivate enduring client relationships, you willcollaborate closely with technical teams, channel partners, andinternal operations. Find, evaluate, and close inbound and outboundsales opportunities in the power plant, maritime, marine, andoffshore industries. Create and implement territory plans and salesstrategies to meet and surpass predetermined goals. Oversee wholesales cycles with fleet operators, shipowners, shipyards, OEMs,service providers, and industrial end users. Use CRM tools to keepa robust and accurate sales funnel, and give management regularreports. Use in-depth technical knowledge to convey product valuepropositions, system integration, and differentiators. Performtechnical briefings, product demonstrations, customer visits, andpresentations.



Keep an eye on rival activities, market trends, andregulatory changes. Establish and maintain long-term clientrelationships and significant accounts Serve as the main point ofcontact for technical, business, and post-purchase cooperation.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanicalengineering, marine engineering, or a similar field Certificationin sales and marketing or an MBA is advantageous. At least sevenyears of expertise in B2B industrial sales A track record ofsuccess in selling technological products A robust industrialnetwork Technical knowledge of heat exchangers, filtering systems,pumps, and separation systems Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiating abilities Experience with pipelinemanagement and CRM The ability to travel around South India on aregular basis
