PAM - Key Responsibilities o Operational Maintenance oMonitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments o Performroutine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArkinfrastructure o Ensure high availability and performance ofCyberArk services Technical Support Troubleshooting o Provide L2L3support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PAS o Investigate andresolve incidents service requests and performance issues oCollaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complexissues Integration Onboarding o Support onboarding of custom webapplications and thirdparty systems o Assist in implementing andmaintaining custom connectors o Ensure secure integration withenterprise applications and databases Documentation KnowledgeSharing o Maintain uptodate documentation for operationalprocedures and configurations o Create knowledge base articles andSOPs for recurring issues and tasks o Conduct training sessions andprovide guidance to internal teams and customers SecurityCompliance o Implement and enforce secure access policies forprivileged accounts o Ensure compliance with internal securitystandards and regulatory requirements Qualifications 6 to 8 yearsof experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions for anenterprise Bachelor's degree in information technology computerscience or a related discipline Knowledge and understanding acrossa wide range of technology domains and application frameworks andhave ability to quickly grasp relationships of various disciplinesExcellent communication skills with solid business and technicalvision Experience demonstrating strong self motivation andaccountability. Requirements Strong understanding of PrivilegedAccess Management PAM principles Handson experience with CyberArkCORE PAS Conjur and AAM Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs andcustom connector development Proven troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills in enterprise environments Experience insupporting and maintaining CyberArk infrastructure RelevantCyberArk certifications eg Defender Sentry CDEGuardian are highlydesirable Ability to lead technical discussions and collaboratewith crossfunctional teams.
