Write robust, well-documented, andthoroughly tested code, adhering to industry best practices.Research and analyse emerging trends in blockchain technology andAI to drive innovation within the organisation.



Optimise networkperformance, scalability, and security of our blockchainapplications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesrelated to blockchain and AI integrations. Qualifications andSkills Proven commercial experience as a Blockchain Developer.Robust proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust,Go, or Python. A deep understanding of blockchain principles,cryptographic hashing, consensus algorithms, and smart contractdevelopment. Demonstrable experience with AI/ML frameworks likeTensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Hands-on experience withmajor blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) forDApp integration is highly desirable. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strongcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively within acollaborative team environment.
