Role Overview Mercor is collaborating with aleading AI lab on a large-scale AI training initiative focused onimproving medical reasoning, clinical knowledge application, andhealth-related analysis in advanced language models. We’re seekingexperienced Health and Medicine professionals to contribute bycreating and evaluating health- and medicine-related prompts andresponses. This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specificallyseeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one ormore of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean,Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.Importantly, we are not looking for translation ability alone.Candidates must have real-world professional experience practicingor working within healthcare systems in their language and culturalcontext, with familiarity in local clinical guidelines, medicalterminology, regulatory standards, and patient communication norms.2. Key Responsibilities Author realistic health and medicineprompts spanning clinical reasoning, diagnosis differentials,treatment planning, pharmacology, public health, and patienteducation Review and revise AI-generated responses for clinicalaccuracy, safety, clarity, and adherence to professional standardsWrite high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex orambiguous medical scenarios Create controlled prompt variationsthat test subtle differences in patient demographics,comorbidities, care settings, or regional guidelines Evaluateoutputs across different tones (clinical, educational,



advisory)and instruction constraints Identify model failure cases involvingunsafe recommendations, incorrect dosing logic, flawed clinicalreasoning, or culturally inappropriate patient guidance 3. IdealQualifications Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, PublicHealth, or a closely related healthcare field 2+ years ofprofessional work experience in clinical practice, healthcaredelivery, medical research, or a related medical setting Activeprofessional familiarity with healthcare systems and clinicalpractice in at least one of the following languages: Japanese,Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, orHindi Solid understanding of local clinical guidelines, standardsof care, and regulatory frameworks within your linguistic/culturalcontext Excellent analytical and written communication skills inthe target language Ability to exercise careful, safety-consciouseditorial judgment 4.
