Participates in the development, improvements, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Develops and coordinates employees' trainings.
- Configures and upgrades the Quality Management System
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes among employees of the site
- Communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
- Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance
- Recommends recent quality policies or procedures to ensure high-quality products, processes, or services
- Carries out extensive statistical analysis and works as per the results derived from the analysis
- Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst)
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Management Systems
