## Responsibilities
* Prepare a wide variety of hot and cold tea beverages, ensuring optimal brewing techniques and flavor profiles are consistently maintained.
* Craft and assemble savory snacks and chaat items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Create and decorate traditional and modern sweet dishes, managing ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
* Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols within the kitchen and food preparation areas.




* Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, spices, snacks, and confectionery ingredients, reporting shortages promptly.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours while upholding food safety regulations.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues related to beverage and food preparation, reporting maintenance needs to management.
* Adapt to seasonal menu changes and guest preferences by innovating within the scope of traditional recipes.
## Requirements
* Proven work experience in a hospitality or food service setting, specifically in tea preparation and snack production.
* Proficiency in kitchen operations, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
* Demonstrated expertise in making traditional teas, savory chaat, and a variety of sweets.
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.
