About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil with robust RCC construction experience to manage the end-to-end execution of construction projects. The role will involve project planning, site execution, team coordination, cost control, quality management, vendor coordination and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule and monitor RCC projects from initiation to handover.

- Develop project timelines, resource plans and budgets.

- Supervise construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors and vendors.

- Review architectural and structural drawings.

- Monitor project costs and contractor bills.

- Track variations, extra items and claims.

- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Lead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.





- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular reports.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, IS codes, NBC and project specifications.

- Implement and monitor site safety practices and statutory compliance

RequirementsRequirements

B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of construction experience, with significant exposure to RCC construction.
Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures and construction projects.
Proven experience in project planning, execution and cost management.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred
Experience in residential buildings, educational institutions or similar projects.
PMP or equivalent project-management certification is an advantage.
Construction safety certification is a plus.
