Engineering Trainee
Summary
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Trainee to join our production team and play a vital role in optimizing daily manufacturing operations. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of workplace organization. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that production goals are met through strategic process enhancements and effective documentation practices.
Responsibilities

- Assist in executing process improvement projects focused on efficiency and waste reduction.

- Implement and maintain 5S methodologies to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

- Lead or support Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.

- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for enhanced productivity.





- Perform line balancing exercises to optimize resource allocation and maximize output.

- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts, including 5S, Kaizen, and line balancing.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for operational improvement.

- Proficiency in creating transparent and concise technical documentation.

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
