- Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop AVD Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops and Windows Server environments
- Manage AVD host pools FSLogix profiles image lifecycle scaling plans and monitoring
- Perform CitrixtoAVD migration activities including assessment pilot migration and decommissioning
- Provide L2L3 support for user application and connectivity issues
- Support infrastructure patching upgrades monitoring and ITILbased incident and change management
- Participate in 24x7 shift support and infrastructure modernization initiatives
