SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Drive Jotun’s growth in India’s infrastructure segment—metros, airports, bridges, ports, and public buildings—by identifying and shaping project opportunities. Build strong relationships, influence specifications, and secure high-value, long-term projects, positioning Jotun’s protective and fire protection solutions as the preferred choice.
This role is based in New Delhi and reports to the Customer Group Manager – Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure segment strategy for your region, building a strong project pipeline and driving growth in volume, value, and margins.
- Identify and influence project opportunities early by engaging consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities to secure specifications.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, leading project pursuit, negotiations, and closure of high-value, long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and strong customer outcomes.
- Track market trends, competitor activity,
and project progress, maintaining accurate pipeline data and providing insights for business decisions.
- Role model Jotun’s leadership expectations by fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and strengthening the company culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related); MBA is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in B2B project sales or business development within infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of securing and managing large projects and strategic accounts, with robust impact on revenue and margins.
- Experience navigating complex project cycles, tendering processes, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel extensively across India.
