Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate NetSuite ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Order Management, complemented by technical expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and reporting

Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support NetSuite ERP based on business requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

- Support and optimize business processes across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.

- Design and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, KPIs, Workflows, and custom records.

- Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Perform system testing, UAT, end-user training, and production support.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend industry best practices.

- Create functional documentation, process flows, and solution designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive continuous process improvements.
- Develops technical documentation, such as system context diagrams, design documents and release procedures.
- Participates in troubleshooting efforts for production issues of all levels and severities, through a hands-on approach or through delegation, and assigns to third party front-end developers as appropriate and tracks progress.
- Participates in efforts to monitor web properties for uptime, and proactively identify future problems by analyzing trends, data and monitoring reporting.
