Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to Dynamics 365 CE.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, User Acceptance (UAT), and End-to-End testing.
- Validate Dynamics 365 CE modules including: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service Custom Entities and Business Processes
- Test CRM customizations such as: Plugins Workflows Power Automate Flows JavaScript Customizations Business Rules
- Verify integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, Power Platform, and third-party
