Job Introduction:

Expert knowledge for creation and editing 3D CAD models in Surfaces & Solids, as well as creation and arrange of cat products in CATIA.

Major Responsibilities:

Drawings and 3D models -
- Create Main-Assy-Drawings and Sub-Assy-Drawings
- Create Customer Installation Drawings
- Virtual Build-up Simulation

Bill of Material (BoM), Requirements-
- Provide GBX BOM out of CATIA
- Track and Report Requirement Status
- Part of DFMEA, PFMEA and RISC analysis
- Part of Concern Management
- Check of Preferred parts Process and Tracking
- Pre-fill of Design Review Documents

Tolerance Stacks 1D-
- Perform 1-dimensional stack up analysis to determine proper clearance, distance and engagement variation using assigned dimensional tolerances with statistical considerations by using PE.21 Stack Up Analysis Form (x
