Your Impact
- Drive technology design, optimization / implementation, execution for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
- Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
- Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate issues.
- Build and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.




- Align with and support company policies and processes and utilize relevant tools to efficiently execute the role and support Qualified Services’ strategies and goals.
- Play the role of an individual contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent 6+ plus years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of at least one Customer Vertical / IT industry
- Expert at software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Developing ability to function in ambiguous circumstances. Shares information and communicates clearly with worldwide team members to improve team effectiveness.
- Demonstrates expertise on relevant technology and software delivery methods like Agile, DevOps and SDLC.

- Exposure to Software design principles(design patterns) and Expertise in Object Oriented Programming concepts, Expertise in programming us
