Job Description – Store Executive

Position: Store Executive
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, material receipts, production supplies, and maintaining accurate stock records. The ideal candidate should have experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) receipts and ensure timely system entries as per company guidelines.

Issue materials to the Production team based on approved indents.

Maintain proper stock management and inventory accuracy.

Prepare and share MIS reports on stock positions to support purchase planning and order placement.

Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate material supplies to other locations as required.

Manage engineering store operations and ensure smooth material flow.

Maintain proper documentation and follow store management procedures.

Work Schedule





Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: Rotational off

Shift Timings: Rotational shift, Morning Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift

Candidate Requirements

Candidates with prior experience in store operations, inventory management, or warehouse management preferred.

Knowledge of ERP/system-based inventory entries will be an added advantage.

Positive understanding of stock handling and material management processes.

Preference will be given to local candidates.
