Job Description
We are looking for a Senior MS SQL Database Administrator to support database development, performance optimization,



and maintenance activities while partnering closely with application development teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions. This position will be Full-time, Hybrid - Bengaluru.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine database maintenance activities, including indexing, vacuuming, statistics updates, and performance monitoring
- Monitor database health and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, blocking issues, and long-running queries
- Design and implement data archiving and purging strategies to optimize storage utilization and maintain database performance
- Configure, schedule, and monitor database jobs, maintenance plans, alerts, and automated tasks
- Collaborate with software development teams to support database enhancements and application-driven data solutions
