We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Accounts Officer to oversee financial operations, reporting, statutory compliance, and financial planning activities. As a Finance and Accounts Officer, you will manage end-to-end accounting operations while partnering with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights, budgeting support, and performance analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening financial controls, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic financial planning in a dynamic business environment.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and internal and external audit requirements.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, treasury activities, and liquidity management to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) by providing actionable financial insights and business recommendations.
